Please be advised that the list is out of date but it will be updated in future.   Thursday, 10 October 2002 BNA's summary of newzealand.biz From BNA's Internet Law News (ILN) - 10/9/02 NZ WINS TRANSFER OF NEWZEALAND.BIZ DESPITE NO TRADEMARK The Government of New Zealand has successfully obtained the transfer of the domain name newzealand.biz despite a finding that it does not hold a trademark in the name New Zealand. The panelist in the STOP decision ruled that the government's claims to collective or common law rights in the name were not supported by law. The panelist also rejected New Zealand's request that the decision not be published.
