Please be advised that the list is out of date but it will be updated in future.   Thursday, 3 July 2003 First Registry lock and kmart.co.nz complaint The May NZOC report has two interesting items in it. The first is about the first domain name locked at the registry due to a court order. This was for bikesdirect.co.nz. It is reported that the DNC took legal advice and then instructed NZRS to place a lock on the name to ensure it was transferred to the 'correct' (in the eyes of the courts) entity. The other item is a complaint on the whois details of kmart.co.nz from an Australian legal firm. My reading of this looks like the firm wanted the name cancelled due to alleged incorrect details.
