I have still yet to reach an opinion on it other than it does not have nearly as much as I had expected. I have read 'American neo conversatives' rant that the UN should just screw off and others that the UN then WSIS then WGIG is a way to palm things off and claim 'consultation'. One of the less emotive and useful writings has been Paul Vixie commenting on various aspects of the report.
